Volleyball Recap: Quinley Bohl's Big Game Can't Quite Lead Minneapolis over Rock Creek

Minneapolis lost against Rock Creek back in October of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Saturday. The Lions fell just short of the Mustangs by a score of 2-1. The win made it back-to-back victories for the Lions.

In an exciting match in which no team claimed back-to-back wins, Minneapolis sadly wound up on the wrong side. The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 22-25, 25-17.

Minneapolis lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Quinley Bohl, who had nine digs and three assists.

Minneapolis' defeat dropped their record down to 16-13. As for Rock Creek, their win bumped their record up to 27-4.

Minneapolis has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Hillsboro on the 11th. As for Rock Creek, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-0 defeat against Halstead on the 11th.
