Basketball Recap: College Achieve Central Find Success

College Achieve Central won the last time they faced Central Jersey College Prep and things went their way on Tuesday too. In a tight contest that could have gone either way, College Achieve Central made off with a 48-47 victory over Central Jersey College Prep. The win made it back-to-back victories for College Achieve Central.

Central Jersey College Prep's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ranveer Singh, who went 5 for 8 on his way to 13 points. Those 13 points gave Singh a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Lucas Chouloute, who almost dropped a double-double on ten points and nine rebounds.

The win got College Achieve Central back to even at 5-5. As for Central Jersey College Prep, their loss was their fourth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-11.
