Soccer Recap: Warren Central Comes Up Short

After soaring to eight goals the game before, Warren Central was a bit more limited in their contest on Saturday. They fell just short of the West Jones Mustangs by a score of 2-1. Warren Central were not able to make up for their defeat to West Jones from their previous meeting back in November of 2022.

Warren Central's goal came courtesy of Mary Clell Allred, who's now up to three this season.

Warren Central's loss dropped their record down to 2-2. As for West Jones, they now have a winning record of 2-1-1.

Warren Central wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and has already played their next match, a 12-0 win against Wayne County on the 8th. As for West Jones, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 victory against West Harrison on the 11th.
