Soccer Recap: Mountain View Comes Up Short

Mountain View pushed their score to three the last time they played Catalina Foothills, but on Monday they couldn't quite do it again. The Mountain View Mountain Lions fell 2-0 to the Catalina Foothills Falcons. The Mountain Lions just can't catch a break and have now endured seven defeats in a row.

Mountain View's record now sits at 3-8. As for Catalina Foothills, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 5-2-1.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Mountain View will take on Maricopa at 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Catalina Foothills, they will square off against Vista Grande at 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Catalina Foothills is facing Vista Grande at the right time seeing as Vista Grande is stuck on a five-game losing streak.
