Soccer Recap: Morton Comes Up Short

If Morton was riding high fresh off their 5-0 takedown of West Lincoln on Tuesday, their most recent game may have dampened their spirits a bit. The Panthers fell 4-2 to the North Pike Jaguars on Saturday.

Morton's loss dropped their record down to 3-3. As for North Pike, they have been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season.

Morton will take on Richland in a holiday battle at 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday. North Pike and Laurel will compete for holiday cheer at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
