Baseball Recap: Bath County Comes Up Short

Bath County and Grayson County squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Bath County had to settle for second. They came up short against the Blue Devils, falling 14-1.

Bath County saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was W Campbell, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base.

Bath County's loss was their sixth straight on the road, which dropped their record down to 7-12. As for Grayson County, they are on a roll lately: they've won three of their last four matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 13-8 record this season.

As of now, neither Bath County nor Grayson County have any future games scheduled.
