Tri-City is headed into Tuesday's match looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their fourth straight game on Saturday. They were dealt a 73-26 loss at the hands of Casey-Westfield. While losing is never fun, the Tornadoes can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Illinois basketball rankings (they are ranked 514th, while the Warriors are ranked 195th).

Meanwhile, Nokomis beat Bunker Hill 55-46 on Thursday. The victory continues a trend for the Redskins in their matchups with the Minutemen: they've now won nine in a row.

Tri-City's defeat dropped their record down to 11-17. As for Nokomis, their win bumped their record up to 14-16.
