            Fort LeBoeuf is 1-9 against General McLane since April of 2021 but they'll have a chance to close the gap a little bit  on Friday. The Bison will look to take advantage of their home field for the first time this season as they take on the Lancers  at 4:00  p.m.
Fort LeBoeuf is headed into Friday's   contest looking for a big change in momentum after dropping their sixth straight game  on Wednesday. They fell  7-2 to Meadville.
 Fort LeBoeuf saw seven different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was  Kadin Dombkowski, who  went 1-for-4 with two  RBI.
Meanwhile, General McLane never let their opponents score on Thursday. They were the clear victors by  a  10-0 margin over Corry. The result was nothing new for the Lancers, who have now won four matches by seven  runs or more  so far this season.
 Charlie Salvo made a splash while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound,   not allowing a single  earned run and  allowing only  one  hit while striking out eight over five innings pitched. Those  eight  strikeouts gave  him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate,  going a perfect 3-for-3 with one  double and one  RBI.
 In other batting news,  Kellen Chelton was  incredible,  getting on base  in three of his four plate appearances with three  RBI, two  runs,  and one  double. That's the most  runs  he has posted since back in May of 2024.  Owen Eisert was another key player,  going 2-for-3 with one  run, one  double,  and one  RBI.
 General McLane's win bumped their record up to 6-2. As for Fort LeBoeuf, their loss dropped their record down to 2-8.
