Peru benefitted from Duprey in 10-2 victory
Winning always takes teamwork, but on Monday Landen Duprey stepped things up a notch to give Peru the 'W'. Duprey did his part (and then some), going 2-for-3 with a home run, two stolen bases, and two runs for the 'W'.
Duprey and Peru will take on Northeastern Clinton at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday. Peru is 8-2 against Northeastern Clinton going back to May of 2018, a lead they'll look to extend.
