Gideon put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Puxico Indians.

Jalynn Ford was the offensive standout of the matchup as she had 13 digs. That's the most digs she has posted over her last six contests.

Gideon's victory bumped their record up to 9-0. As for Puxico, their loss dropped their record down to 2-4.

Gideon didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next game, a 2-1 defeat against Meadow Heights on the 13th. As for Puxico, they will get a bit of extra time to process the loss as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Oak Ridge at 7:00 p.m. on the 25th.
