Henryville extends road winning streak to nine

Recap: Henryville Hornets vs. Austin Eagles

The Henryville Hornets scored the most points they've had all season to find success on Friday. They came out on top against Austin by a score of 65-56. That 65-56 margin sets a new team best for Henryville this season.

It was another big night for Aydan Head, who dropped a double-double on 33 points and 17 rebounds. The matchup was Head's fourth in a row with at least ten points. Another player making a difference was Cody Cranmer, who scored nine points.

Henryville's win was their ninth straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-2. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.2 points per game. As for Austin, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-4.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Henryville will take on Charlestown at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Austin, their homestand continues as they prepare to take on Paoli at 7:30 p.m. on December 15th. Paoli is coming into the game hot, having won their last three games.
