Volleyball Recap: Pell City Comes Up Short

Pell City saw some tournament action on Friday. They fell 2-0 to the Brandon Bulldogs.

Brandon found their leader in sophomore Karley Grantham, who had five digs and three aces.

Pell City's defeat dropped their record down to 1-1. As for Brandon, the victory was the fifth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-3.

Coincidentally, Pell City and Brandon will both be playing Lawrence County the next time they take the court. The Bulldogs will head out to face the Red Devils at 7:00 p.m. on Friday, while the Panthers will head out to face them at 8:00 a.m. on Saturday.
