Basketball Recap: Elk Point-Jefferson Skates Past Madison with Ease

In Saturday's Canine Competition, Elk Point-Jefferson came out on top. They claimed a resounding 67-16 win over the Madison Bulldogs. That's more bragging rights for the Huskies, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

The victory made it two in a row for Elk Point-Jefferson and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Madison, they dropped their record down to 0-2 with the loss, which was their 11th straight on the road dating back to last season.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Elk Point-Jefferson will take on Parker in a holiday battle at at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. Madison and Tri-Valley will compete for holiday cheer at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
