Volleyball Recap: Cass Tech Takes a Loss + How To Watch

Cass Tech was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They lost 3-0 to the Wayne Memorial Zebras. The Technicians were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as the Zebras apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in August of 2023.

Cass Tech was not able to win a set, but it sure wasn't from a lack of trying: every set was decided by three points or less. The final score came out to 25-22, 26-24, 25-23.

Cass Tech's loss dropped their record down to 3-12-1. As for Wayne Memorial, they now have a winning record of 6-5.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cass Tech will host Southeastern at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Wayne Memorial, they will be playing at home against Kettering on Saturday.
