After a string of six wins, Mogollon's good fortune finally ran out on Saturday. They lost 3-0 to the Joseph City Wildcats. For those keeping track at home, that's the biggest defeat the Mustangs have suffered since October 10th.

The match finished with set scores of 25-18, 25-15, 25-19.

Despite the loss, Mogollon saw an underclassman step up: freshman Saige Reynolds had eight digs and eight assists.

Mogollon's defeat dropped their record down to 14-16. As for Joseph City, they are on a roll lately: they've won 22 of their last 24 contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 32-13 record this season.
