Soccer Recap: Martin County Comes Up Short

Martin County and Seminole Ridge squared off in some playoff action on Wednesday, but Martin County had to settle for second. They came up short against the Hawks, falling 4-0. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against Seminole Ridge this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-1 back in November of 2025.

Martin County is on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-9-1. As for Seminole Ridge, the victory was the fourth in a row for them, bringing their record up to 13-5-2.

Martin County does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Seminole Ridge, they will take on Forest Hill at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
