There's no place like home for Baldwin County, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-1 victory over the Pike Road Patriots on Monday. That's more bragging rights for Baldwin County, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Madilyn Byrd made a big impact while hitting and pitching. She looked comfortable on the mound, not allowing a single earned run while striking out 13 over seven innings pitched. Byrd has been consistent recently: she hasn't pitched less than five innings in four consecutive pitching appearances. Byrd was also big at the plate, going 1-for-4 with three RBI and a double.
