Football Game Preview: Bethany Bronchos vs. Ardmore Tigers

The Bethany Bronchos will challenge the Ardmore Tigers at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Keep an eye on the score for this one: the two teams posted some lofty point totals in their previous games.

Bethany blew Harrah out of the water the last time the pair played, but on Thursday Harrah got their revenge. The Bronchos fell just short of the Panthers by a score of 45-43. On the bright side, the 43- point performance marked the Bronchos' highest-scoring game to date.

Despite the loss, Bethany had strong showings from Brody McLaren, who threw for 306 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 11.3 yards per attempt, and Seth Greiner, who picked up 164 receiving yards and a pair of TDs. Greiner was no stranger to the big play, connecting on a big catch that went for 65 yards.

Meanwhile, Ardmore entered their tilt with Blanchard on Thursday with two consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with three. They walked away with a 33-25 win over the Lions.

Bethany better focus on containing Da'Rai Washington and K'DRIEN MILLER as the pair were huge in Ardmore's win. Washington rushed for 104 yards and a pair of scores, while MILLER rushed for 91 yards on only 12 carries.

Ardmore now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Bethany, they now have a losing record of 3-4.

Everything came up roses for Bethany against Ardmore when the teams last played back in October of 2024, as the team secured a 41-9 victory. Do the Bronchos have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Tigers turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
