Soccer Recap: Donegal Comes Up Short

The home team had come away the winner the last four times Donegal and Eastern Lebanon County had met, but sadly for the fans who attended this one that wasn't the case. The Indians took a 2-0 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Raiders on Monday. The contest was a 0-0 toss-up at halftime, but Donegal couldn't quite close it out.

Donegal's loss dropped their record down to 9-5-2. As for Eastern Lebanon County, the victory was the third in a row for them, bringing their record up to 10-5.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming matchups. Donegal will face off against Lancaster Catholic at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. As for Eastern Lebanon County, they will challenge Northern Lebanon at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Eastern Lebanon County are facing Northern Lebanon at the right time seeing as Northern Lebanon are stuck on a six-game losing streak.
