Basketball Recap: Seneca Comes Up Short

Seneca was the 69-33 winner over Henry-Senachwine when they last played one another back in January of 2025, but their luck changed this time around. The Fighting Irish took a 56-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mallards on Wednesday. The Fighting Irish have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Seneca's defeat dropped their record down to 7-10. As for Henry-Senachwine, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matchups. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-7 record this season.

Seneca will square off against Pittsfield at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for Henry-Senachwine, they will head out to challenge Leland at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
