Cleveland Heights took the loss but they managed to make steady progress, increasing their score in every set they played. The match finished with set scores of 25-3, 25-6, 25-22.

Cleveland Heights' loss dropped their record down to 0-12. As for Jackson, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 14 of their last 15 games. That's provided a nice bump to their 19-4 record this season.
