Baseball Recap: Siloam Springs Takes a Loss

Siloam Springs was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their seventh straight defeat. They fell 7-3 to the Farmington Cardinals. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Panthers of the 8-4 loss they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in April of 2023.

Siloam Springs saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Max Carter, who went 1-for-3 with one RBI.

Siloam Springs' defeat dropped their record down to 4-11. As for Farmington, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 4-12.

While Siloam Springs had to take the loss, they won't have to wait long to give it another shot: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
