Basketball Recap: East Davidson's Losing Streak Is a Thing of the Past

There's no place like home for East Davidson, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Friday. They walked away with a 52-42 victory over the West Davidson Dragons on Saturday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Golden Eagles as it put an end to their six-game losing streak.

East Davidson's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Tegin Hedrick led the charge by putting up 18 points. Another player making a difference was Dayln Grady, who posted 18 points.

East Davidson's victory bumped their record up to 2-11. As for West Davidson, they dropped their record down to 1-12 with the defeat, which was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season.
