Baseball Recap: North Allegheny Has No Trouble Against North Hills

North Allegheny lost to North Hills on Monday, but they didn't allow them the same satisfaction on Wednesday. The Tigers put the hurt on the Indians with a sharp 9-3 win.

Miles Pealer was a standout: he went 2-for-5 with two stolen bases, three RBI, and one triple. Those three RBI gave him a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of JJ Mancuso, who got on base in three of his four plate appearances with three runs and one RBI.

North Allegheny has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a nice bump to their 11-6 record this season. The victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 7.3 runs over those games. As for North Hills, their loss dropped their record down to 7-11.

North Allegheny will have a chance to go back-to-back against the Indians: the pair's next game is a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
