Softball Recap: Clackamas Comes Up Short

Clackamas fell victim to Century and their airtight pitching crew on Monday. They fell just short of the Jaguars by a score of 1-0. The Cavaliers have struggled against the Jaguars recently, as the game was their fourth consecutive lost meeting.

Clackamas' defeat dropped their record down to 3-8. As for Century, the victory snapped their losing streak at three games and leaves them with a 6-6 record.

Coming up, Clackamas will take on Beaverton at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. The Beavers will roll in looking for their seventh straight win, something the Cavaliers surely won't give up without a fight. As for Century, they will face off against McMinnville at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
