Soccer Recap: Trinity Takes a Loss

Trinity was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss. They fell 4-2 to the Brooklyn Hurricanes. Trinity were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Brooklyn apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Jonathan Rosa and Lucci Hamilton scored both of Trinity's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 14 goals.

Trinity's loss dropped their record down to 5-7. As for Brooklyn, with the victory, they broke their four-match losing streak and moved their record to 4-7-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Trinity will square off against Euclid at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. Trinity will be up against Euclid's rather soft defense (which has allowed four goals per contest), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance. As for Brooklyn, they will look to defend their home pitch on Thursday against Columbia at 5:00 p.m.
