After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Shabazz, KIPP Newark Lab was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They wrapped up 2024 with a 49-33 win over the Gateway Regional Gators.

The victory got KIPP Newark Lab back to even at 2-2. As for Gateway Regional, they are on an eight-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-8.

KIPP Newark Lab will be playing in front of their home fans against American History at 12:00 p.m. on January 4, 2025. As for Gateway Regional, they didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 100-72 defeat against Clayton on the 28th.
