La Salle Academy extended their winning streak to three on Friday, bumping their season record up to 17-5 in the process. They had just enough and edged out the Bishop Hendricken Hawks 5-3. Surprisingly, this marked the Rams' fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

As for Bishop Hendricken, their defeat dropped their record down to 20-6. Surprisingly, this marked their fourth straight game in which the away team has come away the victor.

For Bishop Hendricken's part, Jacob Montenegro made the most of his time at bat despite the final result and went 1-for-2 with one home run and two RBI.

La Salle Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for Bishop Hendricken, they will be playing in front of their home fans against North Kingstown at 2:30 p.m. on Saturday.
