The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Heartland Christian Academy in their matchups with Liberty Christian Academy: they've now lost three in a row.
When it comes to explaining why Heartland Christian Academy lost, one person who can't be blamed is Rylee Kiser. Despite the final result, he scored 25 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Titus Bock, who scored 10 points.
Willy Mueller was a one-man wrecking crew for Liberty Christian Academy as he dropped a double-double on 28 points and 13 rebounds. That makes it three consecutive games in which Mueller has scored at least 25% of Liberty Christian Academy's points. Tommy Meyer was another key contributor, scoring 9 points along with 6 rebounds and 5 blocks.
