Ogden put another one in the bag on Wednesday to keep their perfect season alive. Their defense stepped up to hand the Grantsville Cowboys an 8-0 shutout. Considering Ogden have won five contests by more than two goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Grantsville with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Gerardo Esquivel (3), Luis Velasco (3), Grant Aardema, and Jace Rodriguez.

Ogden's win was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 8-0. As for Grantsville, they have traveled a rocky road recently, having lost three of their last four games. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-5 record this season.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Ogden will challenge Morgan at 5:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Grantsville, they will take on Union at 3:30 p.m. on Friday. Grantsville will be up against Union's rather soft defense (which has allowed three goals per match), so fans could be in store for a big offensive performance.
