Beech Grove win going away against Muncie Central

Recap: Beech Grove Hornets vs. Muncie Central Bearcats
The Beech Grove Hornets fell on hard times earlier this season, but after back-to-back victories it seems like their luck might finally be changing. They took down Muncie Central 42-28 on Friday.
Leo Boyd and De?Markis Cole, Muncie Central certainly did their best on Friday to try and avoid the loss. Boyd rushed for 107 yards on only eight carries, while Cole picked up 139 receiving yards. Cole's longest reception was for an incredible 80 yards.
Beech Grove has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four matches, which provided a nice bump to their 5-5 record this season. As for Muncie Central, their defeat dropped their record down to 4-6.
Beech Grove will head out on the road to face off against Mt. Vernon at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Mt. Vernon is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last four games. Muncie Central does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
