Basketball Recap: Harrison Drops Season-High Score on Vestaburg

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Harrison). They blew past the Vestaburg Wolverines 50-26 on Monday. The Hornets have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won three matchups by 21 points or more this season.

Despite the loss, Vestaburg still got an impressive performance from Callie Bills, who posted four points.

The victory was the third in a row for Harrison, bringing their record for this year to 5-3. Those victories came thanks to their defensive effort, having only surrendered 22.0 points per game. As for Vestaburg, they dropped their record down to 1-8 with the loss, which was their third straight at home.

Harrison wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next game, a 48-33 defeat against Beaverton on the 22nd. As for Vestaburg, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 57-22 win against Coleman on the 22nd.
