Volleyball Recap: Burns Hilanders vs. Catlin Gabel Eagles
It can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Burns had no problem doing just that on Saturday. They walked away with a 3-1 win over the Catlin Gabel Eagles. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Hilanders.
Burns walked away with the victory (and looked especially good in the second set). The final score came out to 26-24, 25-14, 22-25, 25-23.

Bailey Temple had an outrageously good game as she had 23 digs and two aces. She is on a roll when it comes to digs, as she's now had 13 or more in each of the last five games she's played.
Temple wasn't the only good servers: Burns was lethal from the service line and finished the match with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least five aces in 15 consecutive contests.
Burns' record is now 41-2-1. As for Catlin Gabel, their defeat dropped their record down to 16-11.
As of now, neither Burns nor the Eagles have any future games scheduled.
