Football Game Preview: Norwalk Lancers vs. Gahr Gladiators + How To Watch

The Norwalk Lancers will head out on the road to square off against the Gahr Gladiators at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Norwalk is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Norwalk's defense heads into the contest hoping to repeat the dominance they displayed on Friday. They blew past Compton Early College 70-0. That looming 70-0 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for the Lancers yet this season.

Diego Cerritos continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, rushing for 213 yards and five touchdowns on only nine carries. His rushing production has been exceptional as that marked his eighth straight game with at least 118 rushing yards dating back to last season.

Norwalk didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Andres Escobar and Ayden Alcala. Onosai Faamatau was another major factor on D, picking up a sack and making 11 total tackles (3.0 for loss).

Meanwhile, Gahr beat Lynwood 16-6 on Friday.

Gahr now has a winning record of 4-3. As for Norwalk, their victory bumped their record up to 7-0.

Norwalk beat Gahr 43-35 in their previous matchup back in October of 2024. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Lancers since the team won't have the home-field advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
