Baseball Recap: Paramus Catholic Takes a Loss

Paramus Catholic lost against DePaul Catholic on Monday, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Wednesday. The Paladins fell just short of the Spartans by a score of 4-3. The Paladins have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Paramus Catholic now has a losing record of 6-7. As for DePaul Catholic, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 9-2.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Paramus Catholic will square off against Saddle Brook at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The Paladins are facing the Falcons at the right time seeing as the Falcons are stuck on a four-game losing streak. As for DePaul Catholic, they will take on Passaic Valley at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. The two teams have allowed few runs on average (the Spartans 3.1, the Hornets 3.5) so any runs scored will be well earned.
