Recap: Dartmouth Indians vs. Somerset Berkley Regional Raiders

After a string of six wins, the Dartmouth Indians's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They lost to Somerset Berkley Regional at home by a decisive 71-54 margin. Dartmouth has not had much luck with Somerset Berkley Regional recently, as the team's come up short the last four times they've met.

Brendan Mcdonald continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines for Somerset Berkley Regional, scoring 26 points along with eight rebounds and six assists. The team also got some help courtesy of Dom Taylor, who scored 16 points along with eight rebounds and two steals.

Dartmouth's defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 9-4. As for Somerset Berkley Regional, they pushed their record up to 8-1 with that victory, which was their sixth straight on the road.

Dartmouth will face off against Apponequet Regional at 6:30 p.m. on Friday. Somerset Berkley Regional won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against West Bridgewater at 6:30 p.m. on January 23rd. West Bridgewater has been getting the ball to fall more lately as they've increased their point totals each of their last four games.
