Soccer Recap: Southeast Turns Things Around After Road Loss

There's no place like home for Southeast, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Saturday. They narrowly escaped with a win as the squad sidled past the Bayshore Bruins 1-0. The Seminoles wouldn't have won without Sydney Son, who scored the game-winner.

Southeast's victory bumped their record up to 2-10-2. As for Bayshore, they are on a seven-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-8-1.

Southeast didn't take long to hit the pitch again: they've already played their next contest, an 8-0 defeat against Bradenton Christian on the 14th. Bayshore has also already played their next matchup (against Lakewood Ranch Preparatory Academy), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
