Basketball Recap: Hillsdale Academy Picks Up Third Consecutive Win

Hillsdale Academy waltzed into their game on Tuesday with two straight wins... but they left with three. They walked away with a 43-35 win over the Climax-Scotts Panthers. That's more bragging rights for the Colts, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Multiple players turned in solid performances to lead Hillsdale Academy to victory, but perhaps none more so than Lucy Cote, who dropped a double-double with 11 points and ten rebounds. The dominant performance gave Cote a new career-high in boards. Caroline Roberts was another key player, putting up eight points.

Hillsdale Academy's victory bumped their record up to 10-6. As for Climax-Scotts, their defeat ended a seven-game streak of away wins and brought them to 13-5.

Hillsdale Academy wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next match, a 36-30 win against Jackson Christian on the 13th. As for Climax-Scotts, they have also already played their next contest, a 70-28 victory against Bellevue on the 14th.
