Brock Dye Game Report: vs Bleckley County

Brock Dye gave up the fewest walks he has since back in March on Wednesday. He was dynamite, pitching 5.2 innings while giving up just one earned (and two unearned) runs off seven hits. He has been consistent: he hasn't given up more than one earned run in five consecutive appearances.

Even though Dye couldn't lead Elbert County over Bleckley County, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Sadly, Dye's big day wasn't enough to stop the loss, which snapped the Blue Devils' 16-game streak of wins at home.
