Denver South has gone a perfect 3-0 against Hinkley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Thursday. The Ravens will take on the Thunder at 6:30 p.m.

It was a classic North v. South duel when Denver South faced off against Northfield on Tuesday. The Ravens fell 3-1 to the Nighthawks. The Ravens' loss signaled the end of their three-game winning streak.

While Denver South had to settle for second, they sure made a game of it, scoring at least 20 points in every set they played. Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-22, 17-25, 25-20, 25-21.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Hinkley, who bounced back after a loss on the road last Wednesday. They came out on top against Alameda by a score of 3-1 on Tuesday. The Thunder haven't had any issues with the Pirates recently, as the game was their third consecutive victory against them.

Hinkley walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the third set). The final score came out to 25-22, 20-25, 25-15, 25-20.

Denver South better keep an eye on Jeralyn Navarro. She was instrumental in Hinkley's win, getting 17 digs and two aces. That's the most aces Navarro has posted over her last eight matches.

Denver South's defeat dropped their record down to 6-5. As for Hinkley, their victory bumped their record up to 12-4.

Everything went Denver South's way against Hinkley in their previous meeting back in October of 2024, as Denver South made off with a 3-0 win. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Ravens since the team won't have the home-court advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
