Soccer Recap: Holt's Losing Streak Snapped at Three Games

Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Holt). They never let the Winfield Warriors get on the board and left with a 2-0 win on Tuesday. The score was all tied up 0-0 at the break, but Holt were the better team in the second half.

With the victory, Holt broke their three-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-4. As for Winfield, their defeat dropped their record down to 2-6.

Looking ahead, Holt will be playing in front of their home fans against Orchard Farm at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Winfield, they will head out on the road to face off against St. Charles West at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday.
