Soccer Recap: Franklin Comes Up Short

Franklin was not able to break out of their rough patch on Saturday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They came up short against the North Hunterdon Lions, falling 3-0. That's two games in a row now that Franklin have lost by exactly three goals.

Franklin's loss dropped their record down to 1-7. As for North Hunterdon, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-4.

Franklin has already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Hightstown on the 29th. As for North Hunterdon, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next match, a 1-0 defeat against Ridge on the 1st.
