Villa Grove moved up to 289 from 337 in the state rankings this week, the biggest jump in Little Okaw Valley. The Blue Devils were able to make the jump by besting Oakland/Kansas 52-13.
Cerro Gordo/Bement extended the longest winning streak in the league this week by beating Martinsville, 46-6. The win marks eighth in a row for the the Broncos.
A big matchup in the league this week will be when Cerro Gordo/Bement takes on Arcola. The Broncos are currently in first, while the Purple Riders are in fourth.
