Baseball Recap: Gilbert Takes a Loss

Gilbert was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their third straight defeat. They lost 12-1 to the Chandler Wolves. If the Tigers were looking for revenge after losing 5-3 to the Wolves when the teams met back in March of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Gilbert saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Carter Lolling, who went 1-for-2 with one RBI.

Gilbert's record now sits at 7-12. As for Chandler, their victory bumped their record up to 9-10-1.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Gilbert will welcome Queen Creek at 3:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Chandler, they will square off against Camelback at 3:45 p.m. on Thursday.
