The Hampshire Trojans will square off against the Princeton Tigers at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday.

Hampshire is probably headed into the matchup with a chip on their shoulder considering Tucker County just ended the team's three-game winning streak on Friday. They took a 28-21 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Mountain Lions. While the Trojans had to settle for second, they closed the game well in the third quarter, where they outscored the Mountain Lions 7-0.

Meanwhile, Princeton strolled into their game on Thursday with a perfect record and they left with the same. They breezed past South Charleston to the tune of 55-19. The final result isn't all that surprising considering the Tigers' considerable advantage in MaxPreps' West Virginia football rankings (they are ranked second, while the Black Eagles are ranked 83rd).

Princeton's win came from a few key players Hampshire will need to keep an eye on. One of the most notable was Brad Mossor, who rushed for 54 yards and one TD on only five carries, and also picked up 52 receiving yards. That's the most receiving yards he has posted since back in September. Alex Cox was another key player, gaining 93 total yards.

Princeton didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Ashton Jones and Landon Crane.

Hampshire's loss dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Princeton, their win bumped their record up to 10-0.
