Volleyball Game Preview: Peotone Blue Devils vs. Wilmington Wildcats

The Peotone Blue Devils will challenge the Wilmington Wildcats at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday.

Peotone's tournament run continued when they took on Watseka on Saturday. The Blue Devils fell just short of the Warriors by a score of 2-1. The Blue Devils have struggled against the Warriors recently, as the game was their sixth consecutive lost matchup.

Meanwhile, Wilmington entered their tilt with Coal City on Thursday with three consecutive wins but they'll enter their next game with four. They walked away with a 2-0 victory over the Coalers.

Wilmington not only won, but also showed off some consistency: they kept Coal City to exactly 19 points across their sets. The final score came out to 25-19, 25-19.

Peotone's loss dropped their record down to 12-7. As for Wilmington, their win bumped their record up to 16-3.
