It's playoff time, and Lincoln School had no trouble coming through when it counted. They strolled past the Prout Crusaders with points to spare on Monday, taking the game 39-24. The Lynx are really starting to get used to good results now that the team has won 12 straight.

Prout's loss shouldn't obscure the performances of Erin Young, who scored seven points, and Sophia Hipsman, who put up eight points and three steals. What's more, Hipsman also posted a 50% three-point shooting accuracy, which is the highest she's achieved since back in January.
Lincoln School's victory was their 15th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 23-1. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 57.0 points over those games. As for Prout, with the defeat, they broke their five-game winning streak and moved their record to 20-4.
Looking ahead, Lincoln School will take on Ponaganset at 6:00 p.m. on Saturday. Ponaganset will roll in looking for their fourth straight win, something Lincoln School surely won't give up without a fight. Prout does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
