Basketball Recap: DuSable Takes a Loss

DuSable played a tough game on Wednesday in which they were outscored in every quarter. They took a blow against the Woodlawn Warriors, falling 60-20. The Panthers were in a tough position after the first half, with the score already sitting at 34-11.

This is the second loss in a row for DuSable and nudges their season record down to 1-3. As for Woodlawn, the win (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 3-0.

Coincidentally, DuSable and Woodlawn will both be playing Gage Park the next time they take the court. The Warriors will head out to face the Fighting Owls at 5:00 p.m. on January 7, 2026, while the Panthers will host them at 5:00 p.m. on January 9, 2026.
