Softball Recap: Rincon/University Comes Up Short

Friday just wasn't the day for Rincon/University's offense. They lost 10-0 to the Flowing Wells Caballeros on Friday. The Rangers just can't catch a break and have now endured six losses in a row.

Rincon/University saw two different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Bella Gyuro, who went a perfect 2-for-2 with one stolen base and one double.

Rincon/University's defeat dropped their record down to 5-17. As for Flowing Wells, their victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 15-17.

Rincon/University has already played their next match, a 5-2 loss against Pusch Ridge Christian Academy on the 28th. As for Flowing Wells, they also didn't take long to hit the field again: they've already played their next contest, a 10-0 defeat against Casa Grande on the 30th.
