Recap: American Christian School vs. Community
On Friday, American Christian School didn't have too much breathing room in their matchup against Community, but they still walked away with a 53-49 win. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points American Christian School has scored all season.
American Christian School got their win on the backs of several key players, but it was Elijah Kenyi out in front who scored 19 points. The team also got some help courtesy of Japhet Santiago, who scored 17 points.
American Christian School's victory bumped their record up to 5-3. As for Community, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
American Christian School and Abundant Life Academy will face off at 5:30 p.m. on January 4th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Abundant Life Academy comes in still looking for their first win of the season. Community does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
